A downloadable game

Worth It is a 2D puzzle-platformer where death is not a failure, but a tool.

In this world, dying doesn’t reset everything. Each death leaves something behind — a trace, a platform, a change in the environment — and those remnants are often the key to moving forward. Some puzzles require you to die on purpose, while others punish careless deaths. You are given a limited number of meaningful deaths per level, and deciding when a death is “worth it” is the core challenge.

You play as Echo, a fragile, ghost-like entity exploring an incomplete, unstable world that slowly reacts to your actions. The environment feels unfinished, quiet, and strange, forming itself as you experiment and fail.

There are no tutorials, no long explanations, and no traditional punishment for dying. Instead, the game encourages experimentation, observation, and intention.

The central question is simple: Was that death worth it?

Worth It focuses on atmosphere, minimalism, and thoughtful design, offering a platforming experience where mistakes are not only allowed — they are part of the solution.
